Executive Assistant

$22-25/hr – Fully Remote

I’m looking for an experienced, reliable and task-oriented Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will work directly with me for multiple small businesses and will be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties.

The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their work load and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.  To be sucsessful in this job, you’ll need to be flexible, learn as you go, wear many different hats, and, above all, be accountable – this is a fully-remote position and you must be someone who is able to be dedicated to working from home.

Please note: this is an excellent opportunity to learn! You will be involved in many projects and it can be a great opportunity to learn about entrepreneurship.

For parents with children, this job can easily be handled during public school hours.

This job could be part-time or full-time depending on the right candidate.

Day to day tasks include:

  • Answering emails/phone calls
  • Customer service
  • Scheduling calendars
  • Drafting memos
  • Legal client assistance
  • Assisting with e-Commerce
  • Managing multiple social media accounts
  • Light design work making thumbnails  in Canva
  • Website maintenance (all training will be provided)
  • Various projects as needed – this will be a large part of the job. Projects may include helping to create a presentation, helping to plan new projects, proofreading, analysis of business activity, etc.

Some college education and/or executive assistant experience preferred.

Must have a working computer, webcam, and good internet connection.
